Plan 1: Cleaning - $115.00
$45 Per Hot Water Heater.
This plan includes the following:
- Oiling and lubricating all circulators and motors
- Cleaning, lubricating, & adjusting boiler
- Replacing or cleaning nozzle and filter
- Inspecting and cleaning combustion chamber
- Inspecting & adjusting burner controls
- Vacuuming smoke pipe (if necessary)
- Vacuum clean boiler or furnace
Note:
All parts are extra. There is a 30-day warranty on all services performed. After 30 days, labor charges apply.
Plan 2: Cleaning & Service - $215.00
$60 Per Hot Water Heater.
This Plan includes the following:
- All that is mentioned in Plan 1.
- Coverage of all labor charges during working hours and all "emergency" service after hours for one year from the cleaning date, except those listed under Rules section which is located on our service contract flyer .
